I really enjoyed this book. I love that Russ is so laid back and a little shy. It makes him more “human” and likable from the get go. I appreciate that non of them are “toxic” and needs “fixing” even though they both have issues. I really enjoy the evolving plutonic relationship before the full on relationship started. In general I found both characters very likable and felt strongly about their individual histories. I REALLY enjoyed where they ended up in the end and that it’s different from other stories. Uncommon from the typical book endings. Don’t know how to explain it without saying too much.
